From law
to product building.

I started as a lawyer. Then I discovered I was happiest untangling a process, drawing it on a whiteboard, and shipping a tool that made it disappear.

For the last four and a half years I've been a PM at the intersection of legal tech, operations, and engineering — building B2C products, CRM systems, customer portals, and automation workflows at serious scale.

My background is legaltech, but the problems are the same as in any SaaS: acquisition, conversion, customer experience, automation, scalability. Depending on the team and the project, I've operated as Product Manager — owning strategy, roadmap and stakeholder alignment — and as Product Owner — writing specs, user stories and acceptance criteria, and driving delivery with engineering. Lately a lot of that work involves AI and automation.

What I enjoy most is products where business, technology and operations genuinely have to work together. I ask a lot of "why" questions. I believe the best products come from teams that challenge each other respectfully — and laugh together regularly.

Solution

Challenge
Single sales channel (on-site only) bottlenecking growth, no digital alternatives, 150+ team members using disconnected tools.
Solution
Implemented video calls, live chat, and click-to-call in Salesforce Service Cloud. Built custom objects, workflows, and validation rules for legal processes.

Led full Salesforce implementation and optimisation for 150+ user Revenue team, including system integrations and automated communications.

Challenge

Solution

Solution
Built Spain's first legal services marketplace, combining e-commerce principles with the specific trust and compliance requirements of legal services.

Product ownership of the platform from concept to launch — go-to-market strategy, conversion funnel design, and post-launch iteration.

Context
Freelance AI training work for Outlier and RWS alongside PM roles, focused on model behaviour evaluation and quality assurance.
What I do
Evaluate AI model behaviour against real-world user needs, identify biases, and craft complex prompts and use cases similar to User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to guide model development.
Why it matters
Bridges my PM background with AI — I apply the same rigour I use to validate product hypotheses to validating model behaviour and UX quality.
Challenge
Scale a digital acquisition system capable of processing tens of thousands of new clients per year across multiple channels, without sacrificing conversion quality.
Solution
Designed and owned a full digital acquisition funnel — from paid traffic and landing pages to qualification flows and CRM handoff. Coordinated go-to-market launches with Marketing, Sales and Customer Support, and tracked funnels, cohorts and conversion dashboards to iterate fast.
My role
Defined acquisition strategy and KPIs, owned the conversion funnel end-to-end, and ran A/B tests to continuously improve performance at scale.

Challenge
High-volume customer contact operations with repetitive workflows — status enquiries, document requests, scheduling — consuming team capacity that should be focused on complex cases.
Solution
Designed and implemented automated contact service flows using bots and workflow triggers integrated with the CRM and customer portal. Built automated communication sequences covering the full client lifecycle — from onboarding to case resolution updates.
My role
End-to-end product ownership: mapped customer contact journeys, defined automation logic, wrote specs for engineering, and measured impact via ticket volume and response-time dashboards.

Challenge
Mediation is an underused but highly effective alternative to litigation in Spain — the sector lacked any digital platform connecting mediators with people who needed them.
Solution
Created and launched portaldemediacion.com — Spain's first dedicated mediation portal. A two-sided platform where citizens can find and contact verified mediators, and professionals can create and manage their listings. Includes editorial content, news, and guides around mediation law (including the new Ley Orgánica 1/2025).
My role
Conceived, built and launched the product independently — from market research and platform architecture to content strategy and go-to-market. A side project applying PM thinking to a gap I identified in the legal sector.

Challenge
The luxury bachelorette market in Spain was fragmented — no single service offered a fully curated, end-to-end concierge experience for high-end groups in destinations like Ibiza, Marbella, Barcelona or Mallorca.
Solution
Founded and launched Bach & Joy — a luxury bachelorette concierge service handling every detail end-to-end: accommodation, private transfers, yacht charters, Michelin-starred dining, curated experiences, and full group coordination. Built the brand, the service model, and the digital product entirely from scratch.
My role
Founder — market research, brand strategy, service design, web build, and go-to-market. A direct application of PM skills (user research, journey mapping, conversion funnel, go-to-market) to building a business from zero.
